In partnership with The Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan (SMSCS), we will be offering free zoom workshops to enhance your coaching and playing abilities. All workshops are available to coaches and players born in 2010 and earlier.

Coaches will receive 1 PD point per workshop.
All workshops will be from 8:00pm to 9:00pm

Oct. 20 | Sleep & Performance | A 1-hr educational session on sleep quality and quantity, deprivation, effects on sleep through travel, nutrition, exercise and mental, medical considerations, and how to sleep better. |
Oct. 27 | Mental Performance: Team Building & Group Dynamics | A workshop educating on cohesion, trust, and team building. |
Nov. 3 | Mental Imagery & Self Talk | A workshop educating on how to use mental imagery & visualization effectively. We will also explore Self-Talk and Negative thought. |
Nov. 24 | Mental Performance - Goal Setting & Mental Toughness | A workshop educating on goal setting, setting realistic short term & long-term goals, monitoring goal. |
Dec. 1 | Routines & Ideal Performance State | A workshop educating on how to use routines & practices effectively. We will also explore the factors and barriers in achieving one’s IPS. |
