Coaching Clinics

Fee: $42.00

Certification Requirements:

To learn what you need for Community Coach certification, click HERE. Please complete all prerequisites before registering for the clinic.

Format: 

All clinics are held in-person and require attendance for both days. To fully benefit from training, participants must stay for the entire duration. 

Clinic Schedule: 1.5- Days

As of 2024, please note: 

Technical manuals and workbooks will be sent via email as PDFs before the clinic. Please download or print these materials to bring with you, as they will be essential throughout the sessions.

Note: Clinics may be subject to cancellation if there is insufficient registration or due to participant withdrawals.

Competition Introduction Module Information:

Fee: $30 per set (each set includes 3 modules)

Each "set" covers all three modules, one per day.  You only need to register for one set to complete the full modules series.   

• Format: Online via Zoom

• Prerequisites: Must be completed before registering (see 'Coach Certification' on our website)

• Requirements: Modules are mandatory before attending the in-person clinic

• Zoom Link: Will be sent via email after the registration deadline

Note: Clinics may be cancelled due to low registration or participant withdrawals.

Competition Introduction In-Person Clinic:

Fee: $80.00

Modules are mandatory before you can take the in-person clinic.

Note: In-person clinics may be filled up due to high registration, or cancelled due to low registration or participant withdrawals.

Competition Development (Level 3 Technical)

Note: This clinic is not ran every year. This clinic does not fulfill the certification requirements for coaching at Canadian Championships. Coaches attending should already be certified in Competition-Introduction.

Clinic Overview

The Softball Saskatchewan Competition-Development Clinics offer advanced coaching development in a two-part format:

• Weekend 1: Conducted online via 5 Zoom sessions (3 hours each)

• Weekend 2: In-person clinic held in Saskatoon, including Friday evening, and full-day sessions on Saturday and Sunday.

Detailed schedules, specific locations, and further information will be provided to all registered participants prior to the clinic.
