2025 Provincial Registration Closed.

Prior to Entering Provincial Championships

Registration Details:

• Minor Teams: All players, coaches, and managers must belong to a minor softball association and be affiliated by May 15th.
• Adult Teams: All players, coaches, and managers must be affiliated by June 1st.

Coach/Manager Requirements:

• All coaches and managers listed on a Provincial Roster must have completed the Respect in Sport (RiS) for Activity Leaders.
• Provincial rosters can include up to 5 coaches/managers.
• Please be familiar with the Coach Certification Requirements for the age group.

• Rosters must be approved by the sponsoring League or Association before submission to Softball Saskatchewan.
• Incomplete entries and rosters will not be accepted, and entry fees are non-refundable.
• Both the Provincial Championship Entry Form and Provincial Championship Roster Form can be found under the "Forms" section of the Softball Saskatchewan website.

Payment Options:

You are not officially registered for Provincials until payment is received. Payment can be made through:

1. Credit Card: Via your RAMP account when registering
2. E-transfer: To info@softball.sk.ca.
3. Cheque: Mail to 2205 Victoria Ave., Regina SK, S4P 0S4.

 For Teams Attending Canadian or Western Canadian Championships:

• You must email a Letter of Intent to guy@softball.sk.ca.
• Mail your bond cheque to the Softball Saskatchewan office (address above). You are not officially registered until both the Letter of Intent and bond cheque are received.
