CRITERIA
Host community must:
- Have at least 1 team affiliated
- Advertise coaching clinic in their region
- We need a minimum of 10 coaches to attend - no maximum
- Preregister parents/coaches for the clinic to ensure it will not be cancelled
- Have classroom (45 mins. - explain the program) & gym (1 3/4 hours - to teach the skills) in one evening during the week (total 2.5 hours)
- Pay the instructor(s) costs (honorarium, meals, kms & hotel if necessary) at the clinic, which can be reimbursed by the Map Grant.
- LCD projector, screen
DEADLINE FOR BID TO HOST FORM IS MARCH 15. Any late bids will not be guaranteed a coaching clinic. The number of clinics provided depends on instructor availability.
