4. Age Division Discussions and Information Sharing:
- U11 Girls (U11A & B and North & South categories)
- Boys (all categories: U11/U13/U15/U17 and U20)
- U13 Girls (U13A, B and C categories)
- U15 Girls (U15A, B and C categories)
- U17 Girls (U17A, B and C categories)
- U19 Women’s (U19A, B and U20 C)
- Adult Provincial Championships Review (Fastpitch & Slo-Pitch)
5. Review District Transfer & Player Release Rules
- New standardized evaluation date: February 1
- Should players have a signed release BEFORE attending evaluations with another association?
6. Review U13 Showcase
- Discussion on possible changes
- Considerations for a U15 Showcase Event
7. Flat Gate Fee Implementation
- Discuss whether minor teams should pay a flat gate fee to host associations instead of charging a gate fee.
