The 2026 Softball Saskatchewan Annual General Meeting will be held virtually via zoom, Saturday, April 25th at 9AM.
Pre-registration is MANDATORY. For more information contact the Softball Saskatchewan office at info@softball.sk.ca on or before April 8th, 2026. Those who pre-register will receive their AGM materials via email prior to the meeting.
All those who register for the AGM will receive the materials and information via email before the meeting.
Remember, you will be actively participating in setting the guidelines that will promote and foster the growth of fastpitch, slo-pitch, and orthodox softball in Saskatchewan.
Please note that the Board positions up for election at this years AGM are district 1,2,3,4 and each has a 2-year term. The deadline for board nominations is 21 days prior to the AGM date of April 25, 2026 and the deadline for AGM resolution forms is April 1st.
