This is only for those associations involved in the Learn to Play program.
Shirts are in youth sizes except for the larges size. Depending on manufacturers stock it may be a youth extra large, adult extra large or adult small.
The colors are undecided. For each color and size enter the amount of t-shirts you need. If you do not need one of the sizes/colors just enter '0' in that spot.
