CRITERIA
Host community must:
- Have at least 1 team affiliated
- Advertise SF camp in their region
- Have players registered for the camp from a minimum of 3 communities in your region
- need a minimum of 25 players for this camp to run
- Have 2 diamonds with bases in close proximity to each other
- Washroom facilities open & operating near by
- Guarantee minimum of 4 helpers for the whole day
DEADLINE FOR BID TO HOST FORM IS JANUARY 31st, 2023. Any late bids will not be guaranteed a camp. The number of camps provided depends on instructor availability.
