CRITERIA
Host community must:
- Have at least 1 team affiliated
- Advertise coaching clinic in their region
- Have coaches registered for the clinic from a minimum of 3 communities in your region (need a minimum of 12 coaches)
- Preregister coaches for the clinic to ensure it will not be cancelled
- Have a classroom & gym for one day (Saturday OR Sunday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM)
- Pay the instructor(s) costs (honorarium, meals, kms & hotel if necessary) at the clinic, which can be reimbursed by the Map Grant.
- LCD projector, screen, flipchart paper
DEADLINE FOR BID TO HOST FORM IS AT LEAST 2 MONTHS BEFORE CLINIC DATE. Any late bids will not be guaranteed a coaching clinic. The number of clinics provided depends on instructor availability.
