CRITERIA
Host Community must:
- Have a least 1 team affiliated
- Advertise clinic in their region
- Have players registered for the clinic from a minimum of 3 communities in your region
- Need a minimum of 20 players for this clinic to run).
- This clinic is to run sometime in April & May (outside).
- Have 2 diamonds with bases in close proximity to each other
- Washroom facilities open & operating near by
- Pay the instructor(s) costs (honorarium, meals, kms & hotel if necessary) at the clinic, which can be reimbursed by the Map Grant.
- Guarantee minimum of 4 helpers for the whole day
DEADLINE FOR BID TO HOST FORM IS 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO FIRST DAY REQUESTED. Any late bids will not be guaranteed a camp. The number of camps provided depends on instructor availability.
