Bid to Host - 3 Session Clinic

CRITERIA

Host Community Must:

Have a least 1 team affiliated
Advertise SASKhit clinic in their region
Have players registered for the clinic from a minimum of 3 communities in your region
Need a minimum of 20 players for this clinic to run
Pay the instructor(s) costs (honorarium, meals, kms & hotel if necessary) at the clinic, which can be reimbursed by the Map Grant.
his clinic is to run sometime in March-April or October-December.

DEADLINE FOR BID TO HOST FORM IS AT LEAST 2 MONTHS BEFORE 1ST DATE REQUESTED. Any late bids will not be guaranteed a clinic. The number of clinics provided depends on instructor availability

Host will require a gymnasium for 3 sessions for a minimum of 3 hours each session. Please tell us how many stations can be set up in the gym at one time (tee with whiffle balls)
