CRITERIA
Host Community Must:
- Have a least 1 team affiliated
- Advertise SASKhit clinic in their region
- Have players registered for the clinic from a minimum of 3 communities in your region
- Need a minimum of 20 players for this clinic to run
- Pay the instructor(s) costs (honorarium, meals, kms & hotel if necessary) at the clinic, which can be reimbursed by the Map Grant.
- his clinic is to run sometime in March-April or October-December.
DEADLINE FOR BID TO HOST FORM IS AT LEAST 2 MONTHS BEFORE 1ST DATE REQUESTED. Any late bids will not be guaranteed a clinic. The number of clinics provided depends on instructor availability
