CRITERIA:
Host Community must:
- Have a least 1 team affiliated.
- Advertise clinic in their region.
- Have players registered for the clinic from a minimum of 3 communities in your region.
- Need a minimum of 20 players for this clinic to run.
- Pay the instructor(s) costs (honorarium, meals, kms & hotel if necessary) at the clinic, which can be reimbursed by the Map Grant.
- his clinic is to run sometime in January - April.
DEADLINE FOR BID TO HOST FORM IS AT LEAST 2 MONTHS BEFORE CLINIC DATE. Any late bids will not be guaranteed a coaching clinic. The number of clinics provided depends on instructor availability.
