We would like to invite you to join our FREE virtual High Performance Program this fall. We have put together a series of zoom sessions to provide you with valuable information so that you can get the most up to date information regarding each topic. Along with those sessions, we are putting together a video program to increase you physical strength over the winter. We have rounded this off with 5 week in-person clinics located in Saskatoon and Regina for Pitching, Hitting and the Catcher position (to register Athlete - skill development clinics). Please note that there is a cost associated with the in-person skills clinics.
We believe by providing you with these three different types of programs, that you will be able to improve your softball skills over the winter without spending a lot of money or time travelling to workout. It’s great for our multi-sport athletes.
All the webinars will be led by accredited consultants in their specific fields by our Sport Medicine & Science Council (SMSCS) of Saskatchewan. We have more than one session date for all the player & coaches webinars, so that you can make it work in your schedule. We are also able to provide some professional development (PD) points for our Competition Introduction Certified coaches.
Ignite Athletics has created a 2 or 3 day/week strength program for 6 weeks. Only those 12 years old and older (youngest would be born in 2010) will be allowed to register for this. This program will focus on teaching body control, mobility, shoulder health, and strength, with a strong emphasis on using your own body weight as resistance. There are core foundations of movement that everyone should possess. This program will aim to introduce and improve these foundational skills. Each player will get access to Teambuildr to log their weights and have access to the video’s.
This webinar series comes at no cost to you!
REGISTRATION NOW OPEN through your RAMP account! Please click HERE to be taken to your RAMP login.
Please note that there are 2 separate dates for many sessions. These 2 separate dates are the same clinic and have the same material on both dates, so no need to attend both, unless you really want to.
